- An ISP account to publish forms and retrieve data on eOmniForm.com

- SVGA monitor with at least 256 colors and 800 x 600 pixel resolution.
- CD-ROM drive for installation.
- A compatible scanner if you plan to scan paper forms. Windows-compatible pointing device.
